It was just there on the waiting charts and now it is finally here. The Android 4.2.2 OTA(Over-The-Air) update is now seeding to the Android 4.2 Flagship device, the Google Nexus 4 and this time it does brings some goodies along while for sure it cuts out on some parts too! The update marks it in within a 54MB worth of file package as it was for the device’s siblings and what it really does, is that it takes your nexus phone a bit closer to the latest on the scene, actually, the latest.
Definitely this update will help your device to improve on the performance and stability part and will fix some other issues, but meanwhile, it’ll also add some super cool features for the device viz. the wireless charging and some new alert sounds including the low battery indication alert, save for the loss of Unofficial LTE Support which has been taken away by Google which seems to be a hereditary hardware glitch coming from it’s elder brother, the LG Optimus G.
Also, you can expect a few more changes here and there, and as this update is already seeding to devices all round the globe, we would recommend you to switch to the latest version of the platform and if you really do, please let us know about the changes/issues you come across when you get going with it.
