Samsung Announces the 5.2-Inch Galaxy Grand 2, Runs Android 4.3

Samsung’s phones have been huge for a low price tag and adding up to such phones is one more – the Galaxy Grand 2 which is a successor of the Galaxy Grand which was also huge but a mid-range phone. The Galaxy Grand 2 is larger with some improved specs which according to Samsung should give you an incredible smartphone viewing experience.

The Galaxy Grand is a 5.25-inch smartphone almost the size of a Galaxy Note – you may call it a phablet that runs on a 1.2GHz quad-core chip and 1.5 GB RAM with Android 4.3 out of the box giving you a nice TouchWiz experience. The internal storage is limited to 8 GB but it can be expanded using a micro SD slot. The 5.2 inch screen has a 720p resolution resulting in a pixel density of 280 ppi. According to Samsung, the 2600mAH battery can get users 10 hours of video playback or 17 hours of calls. The device will also support dual SIM cards.
