There have been rumors of a liter version of the Galaxy Note 3 to be released any time soon by the company and might be known as the Galaxy Note 3 Lite. However, the device is not named as Note 3 Lite, it is instead named the Samsung Galaxy Note 3 Neo. This seems plausible because we have already seen leaked specs of the Galaxy Grand Neo. This probably marks the beginning of Neo smartphones from Samsung.
According to the leaked documents obtained by GSM Arena, the device will run on a Hexa-core processor (1.3GHz quad-core + 1.7GHz dual core setup). This is something we would see for the first time and would surely result in smooth running of the device. The 2 GB RAM will also facilitate multi-tasking on the device.
Apart from this, the device features a 5.55-inch HD Super AMOLED display (720p), 8MP rear camera, 1.9MP front camera and runs Android 4.3 out of the box. No doubt, Samsung will surely update it to KitKat but the rollout might take many months after the initial launch. The phone is powered with a 3100 mAh battery and has a capacity of 16 GB storage internally which can be expanded using an SD card slot.
No information about the release date of the device is available as of now, but we can expect both the Galaxy Grand Neo and Galaxy Note 3 Neo at MWC 2014 next month. Stay tuned!
