Did you get your hands on Samsung Galaxy S3? I’m sure you didn’t as it has not been out yet but to your and my surprise it has been rooted. Thanks to Chainfire, a recognized developer at XDA Forums who has been into rooting Samsung Devices before anyone else could. Chainfire has rooted almost all firmwares of Samsung Galaxy S2 and other phones be it Gingerbread or Ice Cream Sandwich.
Chainfire had reportedly received a build of Samsung Galaxy S3 which may not be the final build that Samsung would release. Keeping your fingers crossed, they may release the same build and if they do, Chainfire will have yet another Samsung device’s rooting guide to his credit.
